I'm at chapter 45 and all I can say is that this manga is going a little downhill with the current arc. Not enough to drop the series but enough for ke to not look forward to the next few chapters. I will really just wait for like a few chapters to drop so I can skill this shit bc the author is making the mc into a Intel and it is really annoying to read. I know this manwha needs drama but the drama is not fun to read when it is presented in this state.

This is the kind of story where the MC will beat someone up then cries about it, hears any story then cries about it, or anyone that speaks to him then proceeds to cry about it. Seriously, why are Koreans so obsessed with beta male characters? It's fine at the beginning where we expect character development later on, but MC still behaves and acts the same.

At another point, I laughed at some of the art where the MC has a huge muscular body but with a small baby head. It looks so out of proportioned that I couldn't take the scene seriously.

I know this is an underrated opinion but i like that the mc loses both of the females I usually hate it when the mc just stays in the purgatory love triangle of not choosing the person who fits them best but in this he actually gets repercussions for not choosing a girl and reinforces the fact that if he acts without thinking he will get backlash. Some of you want the standard "op mc gets all the women and is very cool" which are made on the daily, when it was never about that since the beginning.

Dude, I'm so prejudiced against Niro as a character that I can't even enjoy Chapter 49 without hating his guts. Like it takes the hero always arrives late to an unbearable level for me. But even worse,

it's Niro being in a military scenario, IGNORING chain of command, DISOBEYING a DIRECT order, DESERTING his position, bringing with him a whole QUARTER of the attack force, AND HE GETS REWARDED FOR IT IN THE END!?! No offense but throwing an army of malnourished slaves with broken tools at an squadron of demons sounds like needless, futile, bloody resistance, much less an ARMY of demons. Especially since we've been shown how much stronger the demons are compared to the average human, heck, they're overwhelmingly stronger than even the knights! And I mean sure, the slaves have high morale, but in this case...

that doesn't do JACK SHIT unless the enemy is suddenly struck with a 'fear' status, with plummeting morale, and tries to flee or something.

Sigh, I really need a step away from the series for like... half a year or something and then reread everything with fresh eyes because I am just hating on Niro so god damn much that I'm so clouded to anything else.
