I kinda get it, it's that feeling when you're worried that you'll let everyone down, and if you accept help but still fail then the pain would be devastating so you're tempted to just accept your failure silently.
Its scary... everyone else does the work, everyone else in the team move the needle and progress -- but what have we done? What did we do to contribute? Does it truly mean we do nothing but rely on people? Are we so worthless that we can't do a single thing for ourselves and actually help for once?
