There was a mention in previous chapters that she's a short-stack, and there are some shots emphasising that but the style of drawing doesn't really lend itself to fanservice. Th bodysuit seems to be there for that too, but I think it doesn't hit the mark. So yeah, I'd say this will stay cute even with attempts like these.

Can be? Are. Been a Washu simp since she first graced my senses. The goofy appearance typical of male mad scientists, could be seen as cute in a pug sort of way. Never seen a lady scientist, mad or not, that wasn't attractive. The mad part just adds to their appeal with that self esteem charisma boost. To be fair, most cuteness in scientists would come from their personality, not appearance.

This comic might be dipping its toes into the realm of something like Legally Blonde, using how the character looks (and slimes) to create a preconceived doubts about her abilities.


That outfit reveal is freaky though. Is she wearing a mascot copy of her own had, or did the neck just disappear to grow her head larger?
