[tiulubu99]

Is this another case of characters who has their eyes closed all the time being actually sadistic?

I see Lumir came carrying the goods.

It's been so long I actually forgot where/how she got the book

SAME

Can someone remind me where this book came from and/or what it is?

Celes' mom had the book, implying she was also a previous generation Saint since the book only seemed to reveal itself to them. Then things happened, the book was sold (I suspect it disappeared). When Jelly came to the church library, the book fell out of thin air and revealed itself in full to her, granting her a revelation (the Goddess' symbol is a butterfly, and glowing butterflies flew from the pages when Jelly opened it). The library doesn't know about it either so yeah, it basically re-appeared out of nowhere.
That brings me to another question though. If the book is also a divine object and now it's in Celestria's hands, would the goddess give her a revelation through it as well, and would the goddess be the one to spill Jelly's secret and tell Celestria to trust the current Jelly's good heart for what she's done and that they are friends regardless, leading to the moment Jelly telling everyone the truth to be met with "yeah we know LOL". Anyway...yeah previous Jelly is definitely getting reincarnated as the dark lord.
