That's a weird ship to say the least. As any ship featuring Eiko and not Sensei, it's always painful because of the whole Eiko/Sensei forced dynamic in the manga. I remember of another doujin with Kamu where it's more or less the same conclusion. As for Hana, it seem to be Tama but honestly i don't remember quite the early chapter and i've don't seen the anime so i can vaguely remember one or two moments with the two of them lately but not that much in constrat to the forced Eiko/Sensei moments or the underappreciated Kamu/Eiko moments.

@lilliwyt Eiko/Sensei isn’t any more forced than any other semi-canon ship in manga. You don’t like the ship? Fine. But it’s not forced just because one or more character’s feelings are actually official/semi-official.

This doujinshi is not a parody but rather high-quality fan-fiction derived from Slow Start, which is an excellent series.

And @Lilliwyt is right that a pairing of Eiko with Kamu would be far more appealing than a pairing of Eiko with her teacher; however, Kamu doesn't seem to harbor unrequited romantic love for Eiko, so things are not nearly as painful as they otherwise might be.
