I was quite curious how Tsuzu would react to learning that Hana was a ronin. I was thinking she would feel embarassed due to how the always treated Hana as a cute junior when Hana is actually older than her (in fact, Hana is closer to Tsukkun's age than Tsuzu's). But her being happy about it does match chapter 115, when she said she wished she was in the same year as Hana.

Now to wait for Tama to get even more jealous as Hana makes progress at adding more girls into her harem.

Damn, so many approval required just for a small part time job... I mean, the principal and homeroom teacher, sure, why not, but vice principal as well and head of year ? Feels unnecessary and redundant to have that many people.

Then again, guess I shouldn't be surprised they make it such a pain considering their school don't normally allow part-time jobs to begin with... Which I kinda find stupid to begin with. If high-schooler want to start getting work experience, good for them.
