Not really. In
chapter 84, Kiyose came on strong, but
Eiko was made very uncomfortable, and turned to Kamuri for comfort.
Chapter 85 was the business with maid costumes.
Chapter 86 has Kamuri seeking greater closeness with Eiko and expressing an affection that Kamuri is not (yet) prepared to reveal. And
the most recently uploaded chapter was an old one from volume 4.
I'm not writing of a sudden change, but of a process that will take time, with Eiko still infatuated with Kiyose for a while, and still not consciously seeing Kamuri as more than a precious child.
That doesn't, of course, prove that I'm correct; but I think that people who want to see Eiko and Kamuri become romantically involved have excellent reason to be hopeful.
