@KZO looking at the third panel of the last page I can see something that looks like the shoulder of a taller person standing right next to the Tama-chan clone... my guess would be that this person is Tama's second parent that was left out of frame to show that everyone missed him/her because of the shock of seeing Tama's doppelganger =P

Also, I think the Tama clone is actually the father... so not a woman... =P
