I think the slug has no real meaning, but her obsession with the slugs (and men pissing on them) is supposed to show that the girl is as much of a sexual oddity and 'freak' as the dude is. The entire time she (and he for that matter) had been talking down on him for his sexual quirks and obsessions, and the girl seemed to just put up with the guys behaviour whilst being displeased, but then in the middle of banging she suddenly starts talking about slugs and watching her uncle piss on them, and demanding the dude pick them up and also piss on them (to his displeasure).

So, I guess the comic is saying 'we're all freaks', or that we're all gross like slugs, in the end
Though slugs could have a unknown meaning in Japan that would totally change our perspective on this.

Edit: Oh, and to add onto this; the title "Snail" could be interpreted as them coming out of their shell and showing their true selves, and a snail without a shell essentially looks like a slug - so they're showing their true gross fetish laden selves to each other.
