This will not work as expected, or the author deliberately invites to go round and round. I like Mitsuhide's loyalty. He is not firm, sometimes he looks stiff, but he thinks. Thinking here, not about romance. But he considered status. There will be no certainty that will come out of his mouth considering his personality like that. Complicated.

I actually really fond with hisame-kiki

just feels like hisame is there to hold of other suitors while mitsuhide makes up his mind. Since one of the points in their engagement is that hisame has to be paitent and wait for kiki. But i realy don't like kiki getting with hisame mostly because he treated her as a price at the start and then got her as a default because mitsu chickened out
