1-35 and 40-52 are translated, with a gap from 36-39 that may take a while to be filled in. I recommend it and it's mostly good, except for some fairly predictable shounen style power jumps in the second half that are both totally arbitrary and completely predictable, and lower the quality of the story.
That said, it's still mostly good overall and has a strong premise and start. Some interesting twists and turns and a well thought out setting. What's most innovative about this title is the concept of the "final battle of humanity" not being the actual end, and things going awry.
