No, outside isn't as dangerous because humans still exist and we saw that they're weak even the so called strongest human mage is weak compared to Kumo.
Thanks to what the manga skipped we don't know how humans classified monsters:
A+: This is the top of what a human group can fight.
S: Need a whole army
Mythic: Need a whole army plus the Hero and Saint.
Kumo right now is an S Class monster, outside there're not S Class monsters aside from dragons who are secluded in their own territories.

In other things, You can't use Long Range Teleportation instantly close to the Queen and Puppets thanks to Dragon Barrier and Dragon Power skills (and both skills also stack with the other). Also unlike with the Queen, Detection can barely detect the Puppets due to how small they're.
The best option right now is keep running from the Queen and Puppets and wait for the parallel minds to weaken Mother enough.

Wrong again. Kumo doesn't know everything the reader does. Just because she encountered one group of weak humans, that doesn't automatically make the entire outside world populated by just as weak humans. That's a very stupid way of seeing it.

And even if she somehow didn't see the puppets come before they get close enough that she can't teleport, she would still be able to fight/flee a lot better than she currently is. Any scenario would be better than being caught off guard like now. Therefore, as I said, she's stupid for not waiting.
