It actually do exist. Not because people cant quit by themself, but the corpo there is very toxic, you will be told like "How could you.. we are like family(van diesel meme) and you grow up here blah²" kind of things.

Overall with 2 months notice you will be taking alot of insufferable comments. Pretty much tiring and this cases are much worse in Korea.
