To break all those fat in an express manner, there should at least be lots of gooey poop. I experienced that in the easy way by consuming a set of whey protein shakes beside drinking lots of water & two balanced meals daily, & exercising. Lost 10kg in a month if I remember it correctly, because I followed my instructor religiously lol. But I let the other 10kg untouched because I stopped going to work & didn't have money to buy the shakes anymore, due to depression. I can vouch for whey protein shakes as a solid nutrition-based products though, not dieting products (as those portray a false image of a healthy lifestyle).
If you want a solid product to consume to help better your health, find a health & nutrition-based company & just be a consumer until you get your best shape. But be careful about the business system, & be mindful of your own motive for consuming them & make sure they're doctorate & certified products that help to balance your nutrition intake. Not for dieting, remember that. The money you burn now to be healthy is better spent than the money you burn later to keep you barely alive.
