3.6 billion instead is pretty cheap - I think they want us to think he's a bastard but that's downright affordable.

Japan earmarks around $50 billion per year in military spending, this is both someone who claims they can save and protect your country from an unmitigated disaster and do it at a fraction of the cost of the Americans for less than 10% of their military budget.

Yeah I was also thinking that 3.6 Billion was a pretty reasonable amount give the fact that's he's effectively protecting all of Tokyo (and potentially all of Japan) by himself.
