Solution for the crowded "Related:" section of the series

Looking at some series they have lots of entries for the "Related:" section and many of the users including me are not interested in doujinshi but the official spin-offs and related series. Take for example this https://mangadex.org/manga/429/shingeki-no-kyojin it looks so crowded in the "Related:" section and there's no telling that it won't increase so perhaps adding a different section for the "Doujinshi" under related column would be better. Or perhaps one of those "Expand" option on the sites I see that show the whole list of something when you click on the "+" sign would be much better since the doujinshi can be endless and would only make the series page more and crowded as time goes on.

I too think that doujinshi needs to be treated somewhat differently, because they usually outnumber the source material by a lot.
