(Solved)How do we set the time? or what timezone are the forums synced to?

I noticed that each post has a timestamp on it, sadly the timestamp IS NOT corresponding to my location/timezone, (Las Vegas, PST) so i was wondering if there was either a way to fix the timestamp to be local time, or just know the timezone in which the timestamps correspond to

Almost always if the timezone doesn't match your local timezone the server is running UTC time. If you know what your timezone's offset from UTC is, you can do the math to find out what UTC time is and then compare the timestamp.

OP didn't elaborate on how the Time/stamp issue was brought to a solution.
And even though Rem's informative explanation was no longer needed by the OP, it listed valuable info for users with a similar issue (samhills also, I might add!)

I'd also like to add that if you need to correct your time zone setting, you just need to:
click your Avatar in the upper right corner > Click on Preferences > and Time zones is the top setting on the list that pops up. (yes this is a bit of a elaborate way of saying what OP already 😅)
