It's the number of people who have bookmarked that manga to their library. I have no idea why it's a decimal instead of a comma though in your screenshot (unless it's just cut off in the picture). What manga is that screenshot from?

@BakedBanana Thanks. Any manga I open has statistics with decimals separated by the dot. This is strange because according to wikipedia my country uses the comma as separator.

What is your operating system's locale set to? Your browser should be pulling from that.

@BraveDude8 The system is set to it_IT. Only the LC_CTYPE parameter is set to en_US, perhaps that is what causes the dot to appear instead of the comma. I don't think this is a problem.

thousands_sep is set to ".". Which is why eight thousand one hundred eighty seven is showing as "8.187".
