It's hiatus if I recall but for unknown period. Aside from his health back then, Author said he can't afford to hire more assistants for this series (maybe run out of money for his health expenses)..

So maybe waiting for sales number from this series and come back for later

I don't believe the author actually restarted the series. More likely Azuki licensed it and is now releasing the existing chapters with no new chapters coming out later. Can't find anything that would suggest the manga's author, Yako Gureishi, is back to work on this in any case.
