Well,I had a discussion with Lymus and I came to know that, it was my internet issue.

If its possible for you gyz....can u design the website in such a way that person with 200 kbps can upload the file by selecting such option.

Like... select number of pages and uploading 1 by 1 etc.

@Master_Clown we have more people with the same issue as you. we will work our way through with our ddos providers support first and then decide on what to do next. there will be a solution one way or the other. give us a week.
