"Something went wrong with your upload" & other problems

So I’ve been trying for a few hours to upload the first chapter of this manga : https://mangadex.org/title/51459. But I always get the message "Something went wrong with your upload" after it’s been loading for a while. All files have correct names. I tried :

- Using jpg images instead of png
- Uploading from different web browsers
- Compressing the zip file

Then I tried to upload with google drive, but then I had another problem : my chapter got "uploaded", but it doesn’t appear on the manga/group page or on my profile. However, it does appear on the "Latest Updates". But when you click on it to read the chapter, it only says "This chapter is unavailable."

I honestly don’t know what to do anymore, please help

First chapters of each language is put into a queue for approval. It was your first English chapter, so it was placed in the queue.
