Not always, because you can't smell one of the deadliest toxins - botulinum toxin - but in 99,9% of the time, yeah. Especially if the food was in the fridge for only fricking 2 days. Like, c'mon... It was only 2 days... In a fridge... And cooked at that, which should kill most of the nasty stuff...
