@jdjohndoe13 Basically all she could do was say "umm" and point to the seat, while being really awkward. Kaoru is just saying that since she's only able to do those two things, her figurative deck of cards is weak because it only relies on those two techniques, which aren't exactly good given how socially anxious she is. If you've played a card game with a deck, you can't really do much with 2 really bad cards repeated over again. Reason why there are two books and three umms in the cards is just to illustrate a starting hand of her techniques, and that she just repeated book twice.
