There are too many info missing from the drawings. Maybe it's adapted from a novel somewhere and there's miscommunication between artist and author, or maybe the artist just didn't pay enough attention to the details. (Edit: nvm, the story itself is full of plot holes. This is a low effort manhua, with the girls as the selling point)
Plot-armor is very thick, especially in the beginning of the story. Author will create problems for MC to solve and to show-off, so you can say MC is a simp for the girls, while author is a simp for the MC.
Overall there's a lot of overused cliches commonly found in this feel-good type of a story. Plot-wise it's horrible, but you can enjoy it if you don't mind turning off your brain while you're reading it.
This kind of story usually won't place too much importance to the plot, but there will be a lot of plot to enjoy.
Edit: 73 chapters so far. The  plot is good, but not as many as I expected it to be. The plot is even worse than I anticipated, but what do you expect from this kind of very overused manhua. Maybe this kind of story is booming in China, the good ones are too hard to find. The same thing happened to Japanese typical isekai harem story, which is just a copy paste from the same template. And wow, the alternative title is very misleading. What do you mean "Revenge planned for 10 years"? There's no planning at all, the MC is too stupid for that. Author expected us to accept that MC is smart by making other characters as idiots.
