@Mr-BoyMan_Dude I've heard of the Beatles but I've always brushed them off as too mainstream to actually be good, partly because incredibly mainstream bands (such as 1D and BTS) usually aren't, but after listening to that third song it's hard not to want to listen to all of their albums.
@LonelyPerson Where can I find more music like this?
@Ejala "Behold! The field in which I grow my fucks.
Lay thine eyes upon it, and thou shalt see that it is barren."

@Nick_Asano You have to realize the Beatles were completely unprecedented in the history of pop music. They got hugely popular, yes, but they did it by being genuinely talented and inventive songwriters. They were a different breed from bands like BTS (which were around back then too) who had songs/image/everything determined by committee.

The closest analogue to The Beatles recently would probably be Radiohead.

That came out in 1966, and needless to say it was unlike anything most people had ever heard.

@Exiled Good point. This is going to make me sound like a Boomer but The Beatles didn't have an entire country relying on them to make them relevant, nor did they have a marketing team that used social media and fake controversies to manipulate gullible preteens into thinking that they liked their music. They didn't have to cater to a clique or fashion. They got by because people liked their music, first and foremost.

@Nick_Asano the thing about the Beatles is that they are not afraid of change. They change their music genre from your typical teen Romance pop-rock, into an experimental song with an amazing lyric writing.

So I really recommend you the Beatles, especially their RUBBER SOUL and ST. PEPPER LONELY HEART album, because it's my personal favorite.
