Awesome ending, but am I the only one annoyed with Qu Chen not following A-Ting's martial brother? I feel he should have been the one witnessing his sister's ascent. If the fish general is too low level for what comes next, how is he going to help?

I guess we wait again for the siblings' reunion...

He's not gonna help. He's gonna explain what needs to be done. They still haven't talked about it because they need to contact Lin Lang's father first. They said so in this chapter.

Yeah, but what's he going to add to their meeting, except: "you want to remove enough cultivation from the world to stop the cataclysm? how about you kill the biggest spiritual creature in the world?" Still kinda feel like an excuse for reporting the reunion. The martial brother was with him and literally a few pannels later he's with A-Ting. They're close enough to fly to in a matter of hours if not minutes and he still does not go...

I assume Qu Chen has a plan to how exacly they're gonna go about killing Xiang Liu and he wants to explain that to the sect leaders. Because just throwing powerful cultivators at Xiang Liu is not gonna do the trick imo. Xian Liu has been hyped as this absolute force of nature that can not be beaten so easily.

And to be honest, even with a careful plan, I don't think they're gonna pull it off. There's a few reasons I believe they're gonna fail, but I will leave that discussion for later.

She looks quite different. Thought the standard was, if a person reaches immortality early, their physical growth slowed down. Some stories have them changing to a "perfect" form instead though. That implies a design, which could just be the Dao in this case.
