It is, but if you look at page 11, he already had that blood on his mouth before Demonio popped out of the portal, and the chapter starts with him spitting blood because of the punch Demonio gave him last chapter. There's a lot of panels in this chap where he's not drawn with the blood there, but the blood could still be flowing, or alternately the artist might've just gotten lazy in the between-panels.
