While the fluff is nice, the lack of progress on the Haniel arc is driving me to madness.

I think Fukuda doesn't know how to make complex stories, that's why most of the drama is solved so easily. I'm also curious about that crush Sajuna developed and was ignored without she doing anything. At least Nobara's "arc" was solved without too much drama.

I don't think this is bad, of course it's good to see characters talking instead of overthinking.

On the other hand, maybe the romance and that Haniel arc are secondary for the author (Fukuda may be based enough to see it as something dumb in modern times), Marin already stated she doesn't want to become a professional cosplayer, so most of that part will be the editor begging for her to work with them and being rejected.

A nice fluff and wholesome birthday date. Didn't know both of them were same month that's cute though.
We got angry marin again this time overloaded.
It's a little frustrating about the hand holding part but I completely get gojo.
Not everyone is comfortable with public display of affection especially someone like gojo who's reserved and also is more on the Japanese traditional spectrum.
It will take a little time but I am sure he will be opening up and be more relaxed about such things.
Marin understands too and she will be patient with him since she wuvs him so much.

I never called HER shy or accused her of having extreme social anxiety. My entire point is that we have tons of evidence of wakana having those things. And what the fuck do you mean he wasn't shy before? Re-read the first chapters my dude, the could not handle how brazen she was, and he couldn't handle being around people either for that matter. She pulled him out of his shell and he's slowly adapted albeit not completely. Hell he almost had a full on mental break down making her first costume as the slime girl.
