Perhaps, but it's better she didn't end up doing anything earlier. Back then, Gojou was in an even worse shape than now. He couldn't have dealt with it at all. Maybe he still couldn't. It doesn't look like Marin has any romantic experience either, which might be sufficient to explain why she didn't do anything.
