I commented in Tonikaku's version that Gojou probably is having his self doubt creep up again.

He probably thinks Marin feels out of reach and hes not good enough for her (as a costume maker).
I think the author of the manga is going to feel that Gojou's costume is the splitting image of what he had imagined. And probably him finding Gojou and complimenting him will cure Gojou's deflating self esteem

Whether Marin accepts the Pro offer or not, Gojo is going to have emotional issues.

Since the School Cosplay Competition, Gojo had considered himself to be different and far away from Marin (as a person looking at the Stars), and only saw himself as a support (or Step) to help her rise higher.

No amount of consultation would help Gojo go over that fact.

Because, if Marin rejects the offer, Gojo would feel that he is holding her back.
And if she accepts the offer, the chance of her working with Gojo again would be quite slim (as i doubt a Pro Agencies would hire a newbie high school Costume Maker, especially when Gojo already has a main job as a Hina Doll maker, and only makes Cosplay as a side work).

As for Marin, while she respects and adores Gojo, she is also the type who easily goes with the flow and may forget the things around her.
While she works as a Teen Model, it is mainly a side-gig for her to earn the money for her hobby, but accepting the Pro-Cosplay offer would not only allow her more freedom but also more easy opportunities to cosplay.

So, the question would be whether Marin is willing to give up her Dream, so that she could be with Gojo. And whether Gojo would be able to accept the fact that Marin gave-up her Dream for the sake of working and being with him.

I said it multiple chapters ago but I'll say it again: they made a huge fucking deal over the mangaka not allowing live-adaptations of his work. I think Marin seeing her cosplay will finally be the impetus towards making him change his mind. And knowing drama bait, he will probably insist that the only one that can play the character is Marin herself.

Heh, in a way I've been in a similar place Marin was once, at my first TTRPG fest I was running game as GM for eight hours straight and only after it ended learnt that it was totally ok to make breaks or to "go for a smoke" or to breath some air once in a while :) pretty much straight up crushed in a bed when returned home and couldn't speak for a couple of days xD

If she really loved Gojou and wasn't a hoe then she'd want to only look good for him instead of deriving delirious ecstasy from bathing in the attention and lurid gazes of hundreds of random nerds.
No wonder Gojou is disappointed.
Media illiterate strikes again. A few chapters ago he literally said to make people feel in love with her to capture the perfect haniel

Idk why but I feel like I understand what he's feeling rn idk why but I can just feel it

Also who ever tf said this is ntr on the last chapter I hope your mom gets fucked by a British Broadcasting Channel and both sides of your blankets and pillows be warm forever
it is NTR because she's showing that she enjoys more and feels more validated by and values more the leers and gaze of random comiket otaku than she does him looking at her.
You're more than capable of understanding this, young porn addict.

I see there have been discussion about this comment, but nobody has actually told the person what is the problem with it, which is kinda missing the point of tellign someone about it.
So, be that the person who made the comment agrees with I'm gonna say or not, I shall give my reasons why I think it's bad, and I encourage people that want to point at it to do the same, instead of simpñy saying it's bad.
There is no proper discussion if one doesn't give theri reasons.

There are a few problems with it, but I'll mainly point at saying that Marin is a Hoe.
I must assume that you have never fabricated anything yourself, nor performed an act that made you proud in front of others.
Wanting others to see your hard work, or the hard work of a person you love, is a completely normal sentiment, that produces a great amount of positive emotions and happiness.
People talk a lot about things like "Hoes hunt for Likes" and stuff like that, but as an Artist, I can confirm that every Like in one of my pieces makes me very happy, since it shows that people liked and appreciate the effort that was put into it.
There is nothing to be ashamed or dissapointed of here, this is a perfectly Human sentiment, that is shared by both men and women.
And trying to keep that sentiment unreachable by someone is a very cruel things to do.
And saying that Marin should only dress up for Gojo, makes it sound like Gojo OWNS Marin, and she has no right to go out and show off the hard work put into the Cosplays, or simply whatever clothes she wants to show-off, or is contractually obligated to show-off because of her job as a Model. And that if she does, she's a Hoe.
Which is a VERY bad thing to say.
tl;dr

I hope I'll be proven wrong, but I think this is going to put more distance between Gojou and Marin. The guy probably feels a mixture of jealousy and inferiority complex towards her, and at the same time he won't accept to be a burden than prevents her from fully nurturing her talents. If Marin decides to go pro he will feel being left behind. If Marin refuses in order tonkeep cosplaying with him, he will feel guilty. If Marin convinces the agency to also hire him, he will feel he's pitied and they just tolerate him because Marin is too valuable to risk losing her. I think it will take time to solve yhe situation and I strongly suspect I'm not going to enjoy very much the next arc. Again, I hope I'm wrong...

I personally think that this is good because there wasn't any development on their relationship for the past like 30 chapters, that's why i think this will help develop their relationship.

They need to talk. Relationships can break easily if one of the parties involved is too stubborn to talk. But it is a difficult situation. Their future, that is. Do they want to keep doing it as a hobby? Do they want to do it professionally? Should Marin sign with a company? If she is in a company, can Gojo still make her outfits? Should he go independent? Maybe join a fashion design company and spread his name?

It could go the way Runway de Waratte did, where they separate a bit, but reunite later. It would be nice if Gojo was able to realize how good his outfits are and be proud of that. So that he doesn't feel bad about being with Marin. To me, it looks like he feels, maybe not worthless, but at least as not having as much worth as Marin and that's fucking him up.

And now we will get to see the proud author be completely astonished at Marin's cosplay and Gojo's beautiful outfit. Hopefully he will realize how much both Marin and the outfit played a role into being able to portray Haniel so well. I'll be pretty pissed if he thinks Marin was the only one that made it possible. Don't get me wrong, she was absolutely bunkers and killed that photoshoot. She was great. But without Gojo's outfit and his wish of making them (the audience/viewers of the cosplay) have to fall in love with her, but keeping a clear distance from them (dunno how to express it well), without those two things, Marin wouldn't have been able to portray Haniel so well.
