That's because one week ago the translator was over 2 months behind from the current chapter. So they basically try to catch up by release one chapter per day.

Since we finally catch up, I might as well tell you the release schedule of this manga.
First, this is a weekly manga which release a new chapter every Wednesday. The magazine it's on is Weekly Shonen Magazine, which is the home of Edens Zero, Rent A Girlfriend (known as Kanojo, Okarishimasu) and previously The Quintessential Quintuplets.
The official website will have the raw chapter to watch as well, which release to free to watch 3 weeks after the most recent chapter and will be available for free for about 3 weeks.
