I’m not part of the scanlation group, so I don’t know for sure.
However, the color cover of 13.2 said “first half”, the color cover of 13.5 said “latter half” and 13.7 had the complete edition afterword, so I’m guessing that it’s over now.

Well, it's going out on a high note. That was kind of touching and at the same time probably the funniest thing in the whole manga. The dark side of making sure to communicate . . . sometimes you can't handle the results
