what i dont understand is if this is (manga) still going why is part 2 and 3 already out? and they seem from a quick look far ahead of this, and looking at LN it also seems to still be going so why are there part 2 and 3?

To Inizuka, iirc her first 3 abilities are acceleration and her 4th is unlimited evasion

Also Ronrong buffed Oscar with no problem again. I guess there's only backlash if she buffs his ability to buff (?)
