The person who wrote this has absolutely no understanding of how far a mile is and how long it takes to travel that distance.
Looking at how far the went between each time stamp and the fact that the first time stamp is given to us only 2 miles away from where they started, we can assume that that time stamp is the same as when they left, making it so that they took 8 hours and 40 minutes (9:50 AM - 6:30 PM) to run 400 miles. This gives them an average speed of about 46 mph, which is almost 20 mph faster than Usain Bolt’s fastest sprint, and even he can’t hold that speed for an extended period of time. Even if they had the environment in their favor and the wind on their backs, they would not be able to get that much of a boost to their speed.
