He actually reacted to a character having the same name!
Usually it's probably another hanzi, but pronounced and translated the same, so it feels weird how they don't react to "Ming" sharing names with 3 other people (and a horse).
The worst part about Chinese works has to be the names...
There has to be enough names in the language to give every characters different names, right?
