Well, boy; if you "get it now," you better spend the next chapter expounding on what it is during the party so that this shitty pprince doesn't have the last word at the party.

Two Routes:
1) Stealth. Kill your enemies in secret (including the prince).
2) In Their Face: Slaughter him mercilessly in public. Play with him first, let him get his magic off, and show that it's useless. Drive him into the ground. Hopefully he starts begging for his life. But whether he does or not, kill him gruesomely and mercilessly. Then turn to watching nobles and ask, "Who's next?" After that, start tracking down those who are plotting against you in secret and kill them off too.

I feel like this story is going to boil down to MC overthrowing the embarrassment that is the ruling class and taking over himself, a Kingdom this rotten needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. At the very least, there would no longer be any class disparity between himself and Katia (and therefore nothing barring marriage).
