fuck man.. thats not the the issue.. You having better weapons or not means shit.. You are fighting savages who are experienced, stronger and more endurance. As well as more of them. you needed to be more percised with your attacks.. You needed to cull as many quickly as you could to put some hesitation/fear into the rest of them. Yet your first strike missed and grazed them.. Thats why your up sit creek now. They are now puishing in with their brute strength. You guys are done for. You needed the girls on higher elevation pelting large rocks at them too.

Not only that, hiding in such a small place was never really effective. They could just siege you out. Starvation or smoke. The siege ment your fucked as well.
So yeah,. your fucked. Weapon are now broken, grappled. I dont know if any predator is going to come out and save yous. Game over.

Wow, how can you fail so hard. I know that the neanderthals are strong, but there's a reason why close passages are known to always favour the defenders HEAVILY. Just have to people stab with spears and someone else shoot with arrows, why does one of them have one of the shortest range weapons in history of man, a short axe? The spear is better!
