Stark's back in the fight. And he's got better reflexes than both the girls combined. He really is stupidly strong to be able to do that at his condition, and to have that good of a condition in that situation.

This chapter is one of the rare moments where we see Frieren act as a mentor to Fern. Like, yes, she is Fern's master but we usually see Fern taking care of her or doing her own thing. In most cases, Frieren trusts Fern to take action independently.

But that's not the case here. Here, Frieren is telling Fern to calm down and strategize, and not let her emotions blind her. We also see Frieren having set contingencies such as attracting Sein, and taking specific deliberate actions as to not expose them to more harm (e.g. not firing carelessly and attraction unwanted attention), all in the scope of a few minutes.

Really highlights how experienced Frieren is and how much Fern still has to learn and grow.

I think it's pretty much given that Gorilla is related to the Shadow Warriors at the very least. Whether he is one of them, or have become one of their victim. That will bring Sein's goal to a closure regardless of its conclusion. From there on, he will decide what to do and where to go.
