I'm kinda confused by the timeline.

Denken is 78 as mentioned in Chapter 87.
Assuming that Macht started serving Gluck at least 80 years ago. This means that he served before the demon king was defeated (which kinda tracks, as they are discussing the victory celebration this chapter).

The thing I'm confused about is that Gluck mentioned that his son died 7 years ago on his first meeting with Macht, and Lekture was already alive back then (Gluck mentions the birthday gift for Lekture).

This makes Lekture roughly 8-10 years older than Denken, assuming that she was a baby when her older brother died.
But Lekture and Denken were childhood friends, which makes it weird because they're depicted looking the same age.
Lekture would probably be already an adult when Denken started learning under Macht

Glück is already calling Soul Track ordinary offence magic in that flashback? How quickly after Qual was sealed did humanity reverse engineer his magic? In chapter 5, it was established that Qual was sealed "80 years ago" and that was 27 years after Himmel died. As of this chapter, it's 30 years after Himmel died, and Macht started serving Glück "at least 80 years ago". A half year of killing the rival nobles later, and here they are talking. Generously, Qual might have been on ice for four whole years as they're speaking.

If that's the case, why waste all that time keeping Qual sealed? Some 3rd rank mage could have just come by and solo'd him 60 something years ago.
