Oh I was completely unaware that it's impossible to put all the pages into one folder and call it c9 instead of c9.1, c9.2 and so on until we eventually reach a singularity of every single page being its own chapter, followed then by each page being broken up into individual panels and we start seeing c9.184 and such things.

I've never seen a single person want parts, and riddle me this: what is stopping them from at least having the decency of combining all the parts into a single chapter after the final part is done so that future readers don't have to sit through 5 sets of credit and recruitment pages for one chapter's worth of content?

Except the dress wasn't the magic item, the pendant is. The dress is a normal outfit, and a loaner from the maid. Transformation sequence would make even less sense.

Like just make it so pendant has a magical clothes summon or something to it or its even made from the excess mana. I'm just saying the scene could be written in a way that makes the dad still worry for the daughter and not come off as over protective/incesty.

Or just like it or lump it. It's not like we have any direct say in what the author does with his own title. If we were on the editorial board, or publisher's office, sure. The only reason to make any changes here is to keep the General from going apeshit, otherwise it stands just fine.
