Currently if you can find one manga for the author and the authors name is unique enough you can click on his name and get a list of his work. For example, https://mangadex.org/title/60511/her-life-is-comicalized then click on
Pageratta and you will get a list of the authors name. Or you can go to the advanced search and enter the author name. Unfortunately it is not an exact match search so if the name is not unique you get a mix of manga.
