I get that Horo is the way the original Japanese says but the official English, aka the language this is translated in, it is Holo. It makes no sense to change it.

Also she signed her name Holo in the Armani contract and the author said her name is Holo so I dont see why people change it. And it's Spice and Wolf, not Wolf and Spice
