A) The Carnage symbiote only bonds to Cletus Kasady and his allies and kills all others and (not true it only perfectly bonded with cletus it's been shown to bond with peter park once before https://villains.fandom.com/wiki/Spider-Carnage)
B) The eyes, shape, color, and teeth of the symbiote are more like Venom than Carnage. If you look up the respective symbiotes, Carnage doesn't have "teeth" per se, and the symbiote goo is less viscous and more chaotic, as well as being both red and black. (color is hard to tell in a black and white manga but peter park doesn't subconsciously reject the venom symbiote and symbiotes look change based on their host state of mind i believe the carnage symbiote acts more like a parasite in actuality for all other than cletus)
