she's a woman, and we all know how much of a feminist comic book fans are
IDK about the comics, but Marvel tv/movie writers cannot write characters of any type to save their lives right now. It was a problem even before the strike. One of the reasons for the strike was, IIRC, production companies using rough drafts as finals to avoid paying the writers and the end result being last-minute or completely unbaked sludge.

If someone wants those current writing rooms to include more women characters, part of me questions whether or not they actually hate women, since nobody deserves the indignity of a current MCU portrayal. I wouldn't trust them with the keys to the canon for anyone or anything.

Lmao Kamala Khan, the worst and cringiest superhero to ever be written by Marvel... I'm so glad this was just a promotion and she's not actually tainting this story.

I get why people dislike Carol Danvers (acting with the same superiority complex as someone like Tony Stark or Reed Richards, but having it go unchecked most of the time instead of learning some humility isn't great), especially how she was in the second Civil War story, but I don't really get the hate towards Kamala Khan. She seems pretty fun. Sure the whole literally whitewashing herself in her first appearance was a bit... uncomfortable to read, but for the most part she's not that bad. The worst written thing I've seen her in is when they friged her to make Peter Parker feel bad, which was such a random choice since she was Mile's close friend, not really Peter's. Its like they just Google'd "Spider-man's friends" and didn't think to check WHICH Spider-Man it was.
