As far as I can see, the user in question correctly used the spoiler tags. They did not break any rules.

I'm sorry that you're angry about it, but we've already stated what we'll be addressing and what we'll not. I think you should move on and continue working instead of posting unproductively in this thread.

There is a reason of "spoiler tag" having the word "spoiler" in it. People who intentionally click on spoiler have already known the risk, and they choose to take it.
If someone posts spoiler in the main comment thread of manga instead of individual chapter comment thread, just report it and wait. Do you want people immediately comment "when next chapter? Why so slow?" on your manga scanlation? No, you don't. The same logic applies to moderating contents, moderators need time to do it.
