Usually, a .5 is used for bonus chapters for other manga. 127.1 means "Chapter 127 part 1" whereas jumping straight to 127.5 means "Bonus chapter after 127, but before 128." Not sure why they buck that convention here, since it'll absolutely screw up reading order.
