But all serious, with how we're getting into how Anya spelled her name as Ania, Loid questioning her being so good at ancient languages, and now her blurting out to Damian she can read minds, I wonder if there's a build up to Anya's lore that's coming up soon?

I still don't get why Anya can't read Damian's real feelings

Feelings of love are complicated for her to understand. Remember when she first read her friend's mind about her crush on Floyd and all she got was a bunch of garbled stuff (like literally @#$#!#@) and her friend was much more honest on her intentions

Oh, this was great! The very first person Anya ever decided to reveal her secret to wasn't Loid or Yor, but Damian. It had absolutely nothing to do with the mission, showing that he has slowly become a very special person to whom she can even confide her deepest secret. She sees something deep inside him that troubles her and makes her empathize, most likely his sadness. The seeds for a very important and genuine relationship between these two have taken roots firmly.

Watch Damien start to put two and two together... Like the bus hijacking and even the dog answer ... And he'll realize its the truth. But then, he's a kid. If he goes around saying Anya can read minds, they'll just think he's doing some dumb kid stuff.
