Good point, the cd might have worked differently during time alteration. My theory is that after the time alteration, time rewinds back to before the demon king was born, which was before the village slaughter. It may also mean that the girl hasn't died yet and therefore, isn't counted as a ghoul. Just a theory tho, I know it doesn't perfectly explain everything. MC didn't mention a thing about it so I will see it as a plot hole.
But hey I will let it slide just to clown that d*ckhead.

He can just summon all of them when he raised Preta and have them hidden from sight.
How the skeletons just disappeared as he flicked a finger is evident enough, I would say.

Preta has the ability to hide his skeletons? When did she hide them and has a week really passed since his last used his ability?
