The "terrain effects" of the warhorse thing was "all undead stat = their prime". My guess that hers was that time when she was that big demon lord thing at the start of the "save the fort" stage.

She is the slime, she was the Demon King from levels ~11-20 in the form of the black slime. The blond fake saint lady is a grown up version of a child the slime ate.

The god set a domain that allows ANYONE with undead summoning skills to be in its prime, the prime of Ester was her demon king of the autumn rain form, which is also how she appeared when they were conquering floors 11-20.
She turned back in o her orignal form bc the constellation who set the domain died, thus making all of the undead fall out of their prime, into their current state. It is also why the demon clan's ki disappeared
