I dropped the MTL because it was literally unreadable, I lasted until the romance arc only which is too sweet to pass, but that info is very unlikely, I saw it too on the wiki it was basically a random comment, from what I saw on novelupdates forum it's only 1 and it's more reasonable to believe that too. I could drop some spoilers to prove a point but in the end it would be a guess, one thing for sure is that Raviel is the FL and the main wife for a looooooooot of reasons, but yeah it's not 0% chance for those 2 you mentioned to be concubines of some sort

Also really good that I’m reading are FFF-Class Trashero, Demon Magic Emperor, Tomb raider king, The Max Level Hero has Returned!, Immortal Swordsman in The Reverse World, I’m an evil god and Forced To Become the Villain's Son-in-law.
I would say they’re all worth reading, enjoy
